X Store Return/Exchange Policy
For Fit/Preference returns: We accept Fit/Preference returns within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us via email prior to returning an item to us. Once notified, you can mail it back to us with a note including your name and order number. When the package has been received we will issue a full refund for the cost of the item itself to allow you to re-purchase the appropriate size/style.
For Defective Items: We accept returns on defective items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us via email and include details of the defect. This is to ensure we can notify our vendors of any trending issues there might be. You can either request a full refund once contact has been made or we will mail out a new item as soon as possible. We do not require a defective item to be shipped back to us in most instances.
