What if the product I want is out of stock?

If the product is out of stock but is still listed on the X-Store, that means it has been re-ordered and will return shortly. If it is no longer showing on our Store, that means we have decided to phase that particular item out.

What if my product arrives damaged or doesn’t fit?

Can I special order a size that you currently don’t offer?

It’s possible depending on the product! Please email store@xoverland.com to submit your request and we will do our best to accommodate.

Do you offer free stickers?

We don’t mail out free stickers, however, we don’t charge for stickers at events, so check out our 2019 event schedule here to see if you can make it to one!

How do I figure out what size I need in apparel and hats?

We try to include as much information about sizing and fit in the description of the product! However, if you need more, click here to figure out Flexfit hat sizing and here to figure out adult apparel sizing.

Do you guys ever offer any discounts or free shipping?
